A good, big, tire.
This tire being fatter than what came on the old Schwinns I ride for fun, I find that the ride is even smoother. Wish that this size came in white-walls that look more like the original typhoon cord tires!

Simple, elegant
These brake levers add understated class to the handlebars of my vintage road bike. With long pull action, they allow me to really put some power into the old school side pull brakes when needed. These levers are light and simple. I chose them when I swapped out the old drop bars on my ten-speed bike for mustache ones, creating a much more comfortable riding position for long rides, but making the old curved brake levers impossible to use since they wouldn't fit any more. The small handlebar footprint these levers have allowed them to fit nicely on the relatively short bit of handlebar that points straight back--ahead of where the hand grips fit on. I'm glad I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone else wanting to change their riding geometry for greater comfort. I'm now a very happy old rider on my happy old bike.

Lovely piece of hardware
If you are looking for a hub that makes a statement as it rolls past, this one is for you. It says, "nothing shabby here." Great bearings, nice stopping power, reliable service, excellent strength and durability.
