Good Relief
This is an excellent item... I suffer from severe facet joint pain of my L4 L5 &
S1 joints... this does give relief, but needs to be used daily possibly twice a day to keep pain to a minimum. It’s not a permanent fix, but absolutely gives pain relief! You can feel the joints falling into place as you start to walk afterwards, it feels looser in general. 95% success!

1 of 1 found this helpful I’ve used the previous version of this pen, & the “Plus” version is MUCH easier to use, as the repetitive pressing is no longer required. The effect is just as good - if not better! It’s not a permanent fix, but it lasts
between 1-3hrs. Good all round help without pills.

This fire bowl is excellent!!! Really throws out the heat to wide area!
The holes are a very good & practical idea, makes cleaning much easier.
I bought this - the largest one, & I'm VERY happy indeed!!!!
