Food grade silicone
Came with application nozzle but would be nice if it also came with a cap specifically to help with long term storage since the end of tube is threaded.

Replacement worked great.
I would give this 5 stars except that the first motor we received was a dud. It and the machine did not get along even though it fit perfectly. The replacement motor, same exact model, worked perfectly, just like when the machine was new.
