Not greasy, good under makeup.

This is an okay eye cream. Most of the ones I’ve tried don’t do any great, noticeable things for my eyes, and this one doesn’t either. It is easy to apply & not really greasy though, so it’s perfect under makeup. I like it well enough to have purchased it twice,
