Good pans.
Good pans and a fraction of retail store prices. Plus these don't have the nasty glue holding them together like in the store versions. I haven't discovered a way to remove it. I don't want it in contact with my food, which means lining the pan with foil, adding more cost to the already higher prices. If I have to use foil I may as well use my reusable pan.

I never expected such value for my money. I should have ordered more to keep on hand for my general projects.

The book is just as described. Honest and fair. The price of new editions keeps going up, so I've saved some money by buying this used one.
