Could have been better
2 of 3 found this helpful Product was somewhat as described. Body and screen were very good with minimal scratches and blemishes. Battery only lasts 3/4 of the day. Batteries are cheap and if you really refurbished the phone, installing a new battery would have not been difficult and gone a long way to enhance the value of purchasing a used/refurbished? phone. I work on heavy equipment, and when I refurbish a unit the first thing I do is install new batteries. The last thing I want to hear from my customers is that they had trouble starting/running a piece of equipment because of something as small as bad batteries.
