Never read the instructions

This product is strong. I applied it to my feet using my hands. Even after washing my hands when I rubbed my eyes they began to burn. Later, while out on errands, my toes began to burn. I bet there is something in the instructions regarding the application process. I don't plan to use it on my feet again and I will wear disposable gloves when applying.

preventative use

I have taken this for years. CoQ10 is expensive and I am not sure of the benefit. I struggle with post craniotomy head pain. My MD suggests I take this as a preventative for migraine. I think Nature Made products are trustworthy. I think I have fewer and less intense break-through pain episodes.

not a miracle cure, but it helps

I do not have diabetes but I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy as well as a couple skin conditions. I read an article in AAPR magazine recommending MagniLife cream as well as Aspercream and Capzasin. I had already found Aspercream to bring relief so I tried the other two. The Capzasin worsened my burning pain but this product does help. I now alternate between aspercream and magnilife cream. I also use olive oil or body oil in a plastic baggie for overnight treatments on occasion. The price seems high to me but I will continue to use it until I find the miracle cure.
