Seems Safe and Helpful
Everyone is different, but for me, this item seems to allow me to be less distracted by the "feelings" of hunger. They're still there, but i can work with them, a little more easily. I also seem to have a more even amount of energy. I snack frequently, rather than eat meals, simply because life is busy. A handful of nuts or an apple, and i'm able to keep going for a while. Zero down sides / side effects felt. Good luck!

Great Sound
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this sound machine for white noise only. It has a great, rich sound, that i didn't expect from such a basic model. Happy with its volume and tone.

Lovely Scent
1 of 1 found this helpful Everyone around town "knows" me by this scent. Folks who don't know my name call me, "Miss Smell Good". People say it smells "clean" / "fresh". Many ask for the name of the scent.
