Perfect for a quality low cost mount.
I have used approximately 40 of these mounts over the past 15 years.

Right replacement for Microwave
Easy snap in/out feature makes this lamp easy to replace.

Good product for Rapala tools.
Holder works well out of the box.
The 3 gaps are fairly wide and may not work for all of your various tools, especially when running or in rough conditions.
I would cautiously remove the back panel if your are planning to use the screw mount method. I was not cautious enough with my first one and when i popped it off, all of the magnets came together and i was not able to put them all back correctly, so i bought another one.
