1 of 1 found this helpful Thinking of putting a stand alone bidet into a bathroom, considering plumbing, electrical and sewage hookups, just squashed the whole idea until we found these seats. This Brondell S102 unit has the warm water connection. We installed the seat and cold water connection in under 30 minutes with no leaks on our first try.. It is January and 20 degrees outside, I do not think I will ever connect the hot water side as the water does not feel icy or unpleasantly cold. Our water pressure is 55 psi. The control knob controls that pressure well. Do not turn on full blast just a little past the cleaning position is comfortable. We have already bought the S101 seat for the second toilet.

Perfect pruners
Fiskar makes two similar pruners. This model has an adjustment that allows you to size the grip to your hand size. They stay sharp and the rolling action of the grip is very helpful. If you have a few acres of grapes to prune, these are the ones you want.

Be Aware
4 of 4 found this helpful This Item measures 5/64" thick. It is not 1/8" thick as advertised. It will not make a good message board. However it is good quality product that needs correct dimensions in item header description.
