No Substitute
I bought a floor model 49” 800 series 4K TV at Best Buy which had no remote. They gave me a universal which did fine until I came across a couple of functions that required the proprietary remote (the biggest being the voice thing, but I don’t use that anyway). This is the proper remote and it works flawlessly, with an excellent button layout.
