  I liked quality, price was great,the condition would of been great but the shippers must of dropped because had dent on side of the hood that was on the floor side of the box, everything else was like it should be, seller was great he done his best to get me a refund from shippers for the damage.   A good value for this RV a/c unit. FedEx destroyed the first one. I refused delivery due to visible damage through what was left of the box.   Item arrived fast and the overall appearance and quality is very good. It had a few scratches from transport but easily fixable. The seller offered 1/2 the purchase price as a refund for my troubles even though it was the shipping company that caused it. Great seller and great communication.
