Didnt live up to claims

I purchased this Otter Box for my husband within 3 days of recieving and using it the phone fell off his hip and out of the belt case hit the ground less that 3 feet and shattered his screen! Called Otter they saidthey would warranty the case but cant do anything about the phone! the case didnt get hurt the phone did!! EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!
