They do stretch shoes.
Work really well. No instructions though, but easily worked out. push in, wind rotating wheel to rear till it's tight, then turn long lever clock wise to expand sideways, leave overnight. I did drill a extra hole for a problem area, but the standard holes are well placed. No bad points.

Bright light
For it size it's amazingly bright.
I leave mine in pocket till needed, then attach via the rubber band to my walking stick when walking back to campsite on certain lanes to warn cars.

Draper 300mm window washer.
Bought this to wipe down the shower after use.
Had read the other reviews and noticed one that said it had snapped. Thought it wouldn't effect mine as would be lightly used in the shower. As soon as I unwrapped it I understood. Handle so badly designed, flat bit of plastic between handle and blade, just where all the pressure goes. Glued some support sticks in there but 6 weeks later, snap.
