Leupold 170640 RX-1200i TBR/W with DNA Digital Laser Rangefinder Orange Blaze

Compact, accurate, effective!

I purchased this "Leupold RX-1200i TBR/W" for antelope-deer-elk hunting in Wyoming. This rangefinder was able to range out to 1000 yards accross a valley to the snow and rocks on the next ridge. I used it in a very basic manner: I identified distance to landmarks in my field-of-fire. Knowing the ballistic data for my rifle at various distances, I knew how many inches above or below line of site to hold my crosshairs on the target. I always have had difficulty mentally estimating the ballistic range to targets higher, lower, or across a draw from my position. This was the answer. Compact size permits easy one handed operation. It's 6-power optics are very good quality. Results are accurate.

Good product.

I installed these as stop/turn/hazard lites on my 1979 Corvette....Easy installation, much improved visibility. I will need to add the resistors to the circuits to get OEM flasher to function, or purchase an electronic LED-compatible flasher for the turn signals to flash. (Which is not unusual.). I will plan to buy a similar 10-pack of 1156's as well.
