Installation problems
0 of 1 found this helpful The scanner appears to have lots of great features but unfortunately, the driver would not work with the 64-bit version of Windows 10 I am using. I installed them successfully on two PCs with the same result. Windows was unable to see the scanner and although it was possible to scan a page after waiting 1 to 2 minutes. I presume it was a conflict with another driver or software but I was unable to resolve the issue so I returned it.
