HIGH STRENGTH 5htp
Always by this brand and strength. It is veggie friendly, good value, and helps me sleep that little bit better. Suffer from fibromyalgia, and this stuff is part of the kit to lessen the impact.

HELPS ME SLEEP
Since late teens have suffered from chronic depression and anxiety, which has really impacted negatively on my ability to get some sleep. This helps me drift off, and wake less often through the night. Not a cure, but helpful. Also, good price, and veggie derived rather than animal sourced.
