Good Product
Good Product. I do, however, have to adjust the amount of water called for in the recipe. The amount of water in the recipe never makes a good batter for me. I have tried other brands, and, this tastes most like authentic New Orleans beignets. The box that I received had an expiration date that is several months away, and, the mix is fresh.
