Might be a good product.

I purchased a used camera and there was no mention of any defect for the product. Upon arrival I noticed the sensor was damaged meaning the sensitivity of about 25% of screen was off and about 10 pixels were damaged (just showing white.) I have no reference to how other thermal cameras work but if I had to do it over I would have bought new.
