Whisk is problematic
1 of 2 found this helpful It's a fast working machine, you can make a lot of froth, or little froth if you want by controlling the amount of milk. However, this will only work if the whisk is spinning. My whisk was not spinning and I had to clean it and force it to spin. Cleaning isn't too bad, but you have to take it appart to do so.

Great Product
1 of 1 found this helpful It may take some brews to finally get the flavor you want, but you can use almost any medium-ish grind to get decent results. If you don't have a grinder or fresh grinded coffee, you can still make amazing coffee with this. You can buy a 100 filter pack for like $25 or less, so be wary as the Chemex does not include the filters. The design is absolutely beautiful to look at as well; almost looks like decoration. If you want best results, use a scale, and freshly grinded coffee, however, as stated before, if you don't have any of these available, you can still work around and make really good brews.
