  The headphones and the case smelled of smoke. The description made no mention of that. To be fair, if the seller is a smoker, he probably didn't notice it, and he did accept the return. It would've been nice had he apologized when informed of the problem and still better if he'd refunded shipping. People sometimes leave negative reviews for less.
