Quiet and heats nicely
1 of 1 found this helpful Quiet, heats efficiently. Very light so it's easy to move around. YES there's a "new electric appliance" smell but as suggested by others, I let it run on max for 4 hours outside first and I haven't had any issues with it since.

Actually works
Bought this not expecting much, but then the opportunity came when a thick spider bro was crawling on my wall. I missed with the catcher, but the spider fell on the floor and the catcher was much easier to use. I brought him outside and he gently and easily came out.
The sticky hook it comes with to hang this up is kind of a joke (fell off the wall) but you can replace it with a command stick.
Also, I both laughed and had small heart attack at the fake plastic practice spider this came with.
