Great Seiko 5
1 of 1 found this helpful My first mechanical watch, I'm quite happy with it. I'd say you get exactly what the reviews say about Seiko 5 series: build quality, works well, many styles to choose from, value/price is great. If you like this kind of things I'd totally recommend!
Only one thing to notice: the precision of mechanical watches indeed varies noticeably with temperatures/pressures and everything. You need to wear or carry it often and adjust the time about once per week.

Great upgrade for an old PC
3 of 3 found this helpful I have an old office PC with Asus M2N-VM DVI motherboard -- upgraded it to about the power of my laptop with this processor. Very quick shipment and overall great handling! The processor works fine already couple of weeks. I even did not have to reinstall linux on the PC -- just swapped the process underneath it :) later I will reinstall it anyway.
Only 1 thing to notice: check the BIOS version on your motherboard first. And upgrade it if needed. On my Asus motherboard this processor requires 0603 minimum (check on cpu-upgrade [dot] com) -- I had to upgrade the BIOS before installing the new processor. But forgot to do so. And on power on the motherboard would blink the leds on keyboard and spin all fans at normal speeds without proceeding to anything.

Small awesome keyboard for nice price
The keyboard is new and as described. Good value for the price. Main things to know about it:
* it is small, about the size of 13'' laptop keyboard
* the cable is PS/2 and it is quite short (so, as designed, it is a small server/industrial keyboard)
* it is mechanical, but with low-profile keys, so it doesn't feel as clicky as a full sized one
* being new it is indeed a little "scratchy" as reviews say on the internet, they also say adding lubricant should help -- I'm pretty sure it should, though I have not tried it yet
* on adding lubricant: the keys are easy to remove
I plan to use it for office desktop anyway. I don't mind the size: got used to laptop keyboard and I need space on the desk.
