Otyugh Miniature
The Nolzur Otyugh is a Wizkids miniature from Dungeons and Dragons. It is well sculpted and has a realistic pose. It does need a bit of filler since while it's pre-assembled there are gaps. It also has minor mold seams which are fixed easily with a sharp blade. As with all Wizkids unpainted miniatures it is pre-primed, the primer is thick and obscures some detail. regardless I was happy with the final result after I painted it up and glad to have it in my collection. The figure stands over 1" high or 3.5cm.

Deadpool blu-ray
The movie was amusing but not awesomely funny. I thought the casting was well done. The best part were Deadpool's quips and insights. Very violent it deserves a R rating rather than MA 15+. Less blood than I would have thought but severed appendages aplenty.
Image was good in HD.

Prehistoric Life in Australia's Inland Sea
This is a good summary of the lifeforms which lived in the inland seas that covered part of the current Australian continent in the distant past. The illustrations are well done but come from a number of sources including books which are both much more expensive and exhaustive. My favorite illustrations are the scale silhouettes using a scuba diver which really give a good indication of the size of these creatures. Most of the individual descriptions for each genus are only a page or two long.
