Good for a budget build.
I bought one of these for an old Schwinn Varsity that I converted to a single speed. I wanted to keep a low budget and keep things looking “original” as possible. The Sturmey-Archer logo has a vintage Schwinn vibe to it. It threads right on the hub as it should, and does what it’s supposed to do.

Scion tC Liftgate Handle
This is a great upgrade from the OEM part, whether yours is broken or not. I had no problem installing this, and it is great quality, especially for the money. The metal reinforcement built into the handle makes this much sturdier than the original. The supplied rubber grommet for the trunk latch fits well. I think the only thing I would've liked is the option of having some of the factory style weather stripping that came on the OEM handle. It does help with sound insulation and keeping the dirt out from behind the handle. I substituted it with some thin weatherstripping for home use. Also, get yourself a few rubber washers and some blue lock-tite for the inside nuts when installing it. Just more rattle prevention ;)

Nice tire
I bought this mostly for the tread. It’s nice to be able to get a modern, hybrid style tread on a classic rim size. They mounted up nicely and I had no trouble seating the tires, which has been a problem in the past with several other Kendas I’ve bought. It’s a shame the same tread option isn’t available for Schwinn S-5/S-6 rims.
