There's a kind of solution containing hydrogen peroxide. After you put your contacts in it, you need to wait at least 4-6 hours, but it will be totally cleaned.
For this product, you don't need to wait that long and it's also good and convenient, but I don't think the protein is totally cleaned off.

for oily skin I recommend you to use it in winter in eastern America
I want to post photos because the bottle top is broken so it cannot be put upside down or the liquid will flow out.
