Very versatile and more durable then you'ed think
It's very versatile . I use it for six different exercises and believe me do two or three set's for twenty and you will feel it . I have no handles just tide a knot in the end and put it between your door i doubled it up first or split what i had in half then tide a knot . It's much more durable then you'ed think i give it five stars
