Well, its a Shark, that's the good thing.
Its really a zu572 according to the mfg. info. sticker on the machine, don't know why they advertised it as zu620 so that seems questionable, power cord is only 25' I'm used to 30' on my other shark, and also thought it could break down and go under a bed easily like my other shark does.

kind of pricey but they worked good
looks and works great, just too high priced
