Job well done!
I use it with a Dean Markley passive piezo stick on pickup on a nylon string guitar. The result - does exactly what's needed, adding fullness to the sound without the hiss you would get from upping the gain on your mixer.
The bad - The gain boost feature adds a lot of hissing noise past level 4

Not for hydroponics!
The TDS may be ok, but the PH tester is useless for nutrient solution. I have calibrated and washed according to instructions and it seems to be ok with testing tap water, but not nutrients.
