Works well for an inexpensive detector - highly recommended!
2 of 2 found this helpful Works surprisingly well for an inexpensive detector - I also have a Uniden R3 (which was far more $) and this unit works almost as well for a fraction of the price. It of course doesn't have the super long range the R3 does but that's to be expected...just don't drive so fast that you can't slow down in time. Wish it had a way to disable K band completely like my R3 does but other than that I'm happy with it.

A great knife at a great price
This is the third one of these I've bought (they don't break, I lost one and gave one away) and they work great and hold an edge very well.
