Don’t let the cost deter you from buying
I love that this cover is of solid construction and not flimsy like those cheap ones out there. Cleaning is a snap! This will last for years, you get what you pay for.

Easy to use and install.
This can mount either on a railing, or inserted into the ground, as I did, and it is secure. It also is easy to empty after the rain. I like the large numbers for the inch increments, but the halfway marks are harder to discern in low light.
