Better than Whey
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is better than whey in my opinion because it is plant based so does not give me the stomach cramps that whey does. Although plant based protein is low on branch chain amino-acids (BCAA), this product is fortified with BCAA to the same level as whey, so it has the same protein synthesis potential as whey. To top it off, it is very tasty.
