good scanner, easy to use and takes up a minimum amount of space on the desktop
Easy to setup, the do software pretty much sets up itself automatically

HP Laserjet 4100 dtn
Pro. The HP Laserjet 4100 dtn is a workhorse. I set up as a network printer and works without a hitch. I've added 256m of memory which is simple to add, just open the panel and plug it in. Hp's knowledge base and support for drivers and software is excellent. You can readily download manuals,software and drivers. For example, HP has a download management program that checks on all your HP printers and will make downloading updates simple including firmware. Its a great machine, with great support and backed by great company.

Good all around machine.
Likes: The Xerox M15i Laser copier/printer/fax is a well made machine. It warms up from a cold start in about 20 seconds and is easy to operate. It has an automatic document feeder and the copies are crisp and clear. It can duplex print and copy. However the ADF is not used when mading a duplex copy; that's done manually by turning the copy over. It has a separate drum and toner cassette that are easy to install. The machine has a small footprint yet can copy and print legal size papers. And it faxes well also.
Dislikes: The automatic document feeder should be designed, like other Xerox copier/printers, to automatically feed and copy duplex copies. As a result you are locked in standing by the machine until all the duplex coping is done.
