Compact and sturdy, but...
I rated this product as "ok", however I would qualify this remark with the fact that I have not used it multiple times, so I may not have the knack of it yet. The product is well-made and sturdy; the compact size is good and bad.. good for storage and it leaves a nice smooth edge on the can; bad because it's a little difficult to work on a low-profile can. This one replaced a different model (different maker) with long handles that I bought a few years ago (it was leaving metal shavings in the food and on the edge).
I have not had occasion to use the jar or bottle opener yet, but it seems sturdy enough to handle that use. Overall, I'm glad I replaced the old model, and look forward to years of good use.. once I get the hang of it!. ;-) Thank you.
