  Very unusual, interesting, item shipped carefully and quickly. Exactly as described - PERFECT TRANSACTION. The seller disassembled the item for shipment (as advised in the offering) and provided beautiful handwritten instructions, complete with hand-drawn diagrams, for easy re-assembly. I'm pleased to be the new owner of this cool tool of unknown origin and somewhat uncertain function!

  Fraud. Seller didn t give shipping info until I demanded it. They kept the item on auction while it was supposed to be sent to me. They said they had a tracking number, which showed the packaged being returned to sender. When asked which address it was sent to, it was an obvious bad address. I have USPS Informed Delivery and never received notification of the tracking number. The items is still up for auction. Clearly, they wanted a higher bid. This seller should be banned from ebay.

  Finally received package after much messaging, item being sent to wrong address, etc.. Items were in condition advertised and packaging was good. Disregard first review.
