Opinion after use

Since this product was labeled as refurbished i can look over the fact that the left side is weakened than the right. The problem really is something that the seller might had no knowledge about so it is not up to him, but the application I installed to use the "full potential" of this headphone is trash. I have tried to configure it so the right side matches the left one and actually get centered sound, but the program itself was keep crashing, mess up my audio settings, randomly turn of the microphone and switched the volume controls (which is not even programmable in the application) to the microphone sensitivity. So I ended up deleting the application and use the headphone as is, with the left side staying weaker.
