Works ok on Yugo SKS

I had read other reviews and was convinced they hadn't read the "fine" print where it states you will have to file fit for your particular rifle. I did have to file the tips a little as I could tell out of the box they were longer than what was on my rifle. Now that only took about 10 minutes and I had the cover flush with the rifle at the back of the weapon. The holding pin would still not go through. I had to make the hole bigger in order to get the pin to go through. Not a big deal but does add some wobble. My big gripe is now that it is installed, the cover is flush with the rifle on the left side but sticks out on the right side enough to be noticeable. This is not a good look, and required a little fiddling to get the slide to go back and forth smoothly. I'm not sure the two screws will hold scope rail for long but will have to see. I did use loctite on the threads. Not a big fan of the 4 pressure screws on both sides but they are probably a requirement for this cover. I do like that you can still use your iron sights with this cover, just hope it isn't a necessity. I will probably just find a rail to mount to my original cover, at least then I know it will fit and will be easy to take down for cleaning. Bottom line, i would not purchase this again.

Great solution for security

I love these bulbs. Just keep switch on and they come on at dusk and stay on all night. Being LED they don’t generate heat a d are easy on energy use.

Works great for the price you really can't complain

I was curious about how good this would work and it does work if you are patient. I must add I was using a Dewalt 20v drill driver and it would probably be better on a corded model.......My yard doesn't ding up blades like some of the ones I have mowed in the past so blades are pretty easy to sharpen........if you were trying to straighten out nicks and burrs might want to use angle grinder first. The balancer......this was worth the price of admission to me as I like little gadgets like these. mush easier to use that the ole nail on a board and made quick work out of balancing a blade that had gotten out of whack.
