Description should state it's a multi-state USA puzzle
I bought this for my 2-1/2 year old grandson for 2015 Christmas. My daughter will be returning it. My grandson has been using a cheap cardboard puzzle and learning almost all the states. My daughter tells me this puzzle is a step down from the cheap cardboard puzzle they were already using, because it has become very confusing for my grandson due to the fact that THE EAST COAST IS ON ONE PIECE WITH ARROWS POINTING IN THE DIRECTION WHERE THE STATES ARE LOCATED.
I do not recommend this puzzle for anyone that wants their child to learn the names and shapes of all the USA states. The picture and description of this puzzle are very vague when ordering.
In closing my feedback about this item I would like to mention that the Mellisa & Doug wooden/sound puzzles are very well made and every puzzle except this one have been very educational and taught my grandson very much.
