easy to use when needed.
works very nicely. fast acting and long lasting in use. easy to use in sturdy container. we keep it on hand when trimming nails on our dog and chickens. it is also effective on foot and lower leg cuts, which are common with our free range birds and our dog that runs free when we walk our fields and woods.

chicken coup and chick heater
1 of 1 found this helpful we wanted a heater to replace our heat lamp. our heat lamp gives off light, the light emitted when on for extended time disturbs the sleep awake cycle. this causes stress for the birds. the heat emitter does not produce light. avoiding this stress. the heat emitter also uses 100 fewer watts to do the necessary heating, and is sturdy. the emitter also uses the same fixture as the heat lamp did.. happy chickens, more eggs and lower electrical cost. cant beat that!
