Very effective for nail growth, I noticed a big difference after just a little over a week of taking them
1 of 1 found this helpful These gummies are super effective. I started taking them a week and a half ago, however, I already noticed a big difference. My nails are growing at a rapid speed compared to before. The reason I purchased this vitamins in the first place, is because I read so many good reviews about them and I decided to give it try. Well I'm super happy I did.
I take them every single day with my breakfast. I measured my hair length before I started taking these gummies and I'm planning on remeasuring it again, but I have to wait a month to see if it really made a difference on my hair growth.
