    First the seller only sent 2 bottles when I purchased three next the bottles were all hard and unusable. when they sent the other bottles after I told the seller what happened these were also hard and unusable I told the seller that this has never happened to me before however the new bottles they sent had the same lot number as the original you would think they may look at the lots to make sure there is nothing wrong. I did get a refund however the glue upset my customer who I lost
