When I hit bumps in the road the tire carrier swings open. I’ve had to tie it closed so it won’t open. Bad latching device. Also had to cut tire carrier bump stand down to allow the folding down of my license plate in order to put fuel in my jeep. Unhappy with the quality or lack there of with the bumper.
