Hold a lot and has great features.
It has a way of telling me each time I pour from it if the filter is still viable. Green color means yes. Yellow color means it's almost ready to be changed, and that's nice because it will give me a heads up so that when it turn red all I have to do is change the filter, which I will already have!

Does give relief!
I'm getting the best relief from feeling bloated I've had since this feeling started. I find that if I take it first thing after I get up in the morning I can eliminate fairly comfortably by lunchtime and I don't feel as bloated as I've sadly had to get accustomed to in my older age. I am a 76 year-old woman. And I feel much more comfortable the rest of the day. I am starting my second month of taking the anti-bloating Align daily. I hope I keep feeling better and better.
