Skinceuticals Eye Balm (user reveiw)
1 of 1 found this helpful Skinceuticals Eye Balm goes on soft and creamy and aborbs immediately into the skin. It fills in the tiny lines around the eyes,plumping them up so they are less visable. Concealer goes on smoothly over the eye balm and doesn't cake or clump. I've used many undereye creams but Skinceuticals Eye Balm is the best by far.
