  Bought a baseball card for $0.99 on September 21, 2022 as I was getting ready for hurricane Ivan. Seller sent an apology for not following eBay protocol - forgot to add tracking? Charged me $4.70 to ship in a plain white envelope with a standard US Postage Stamp (which costs $0.60) and with no tracking on it w(which costs $1.00). Seller made a $4.10 profit off inflated S+H on a $0.99 sale. Sent 2 messages over 2 months with no response! Bad sellers are the only thing that makes eBay bad...
