Love it. Good appetite suppressing
Love it. I try it with my regular meals...I took 3 pills before and was feeling full before i ate. This is perfect for intermittent fasting!!! Train that stomach to small and lose that weight ;)

Not what expected
Not what I expected. But it does help dust . Just wish the material was not so plastic fiber looks like...wish it would hold the dust a little better

Good quality
