Suds n smell
2 of 2 found this helpful It had low suds and the smell could've been stronger. For people who don't want to strip too much oil this is good. But I bought this to remove buildup and all product. After rinsing I felt a film almost as if it was super moisturizing or left behind old product.

Waste of money
It's difficult to make the fingers spread around your head and the little balls on the end snags our curly hair. My 4 yr old was in tears when I was trying to unwrap her hair from around those balls 😡

Gets hot but....
It didn't quite glide on the hair like my other babyliss's as I went down the hair it kept stopping and getting stuck.
