Great replacement part!
It matches the original buttons exactly - it has the shorter thread stem that Yamahas use (my son also has a Jupiter for marching band that has a longer thread stem). Thanks for restoring the Yamaha to full service!

A good upgrade to the older analog headset
The sound is crystal-clear, with none of the analog hiss of my older Sennheiser wireless headphones (RS-130). The two-level surround sound is also pretty impressive, especially with action movies! My two complaints - it uses the same frequency as the microwave, so if I'm in the kitchen and someone turns it on, I lose signal, and unlike the analog ones, it's not as easy to switch between base stations (we have different bases plugged into three different TVs in our house).
Despite the downsides, the sound quality is truly fantastic, and the overall build is more solid than the older ones. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade on the whole - I'm not looking back!
