After 2 seasons of use a fan inside stopped working

I liked to use this humidifier until its stopped to produce meest after 2 seasons (I used it in winter). It is apperared that a fan inside (looks like desktop fan 5x5 cm) stopped working. I bought new fan as a replacement and installed it, however it works too loud and it is hard to find cheap silent fans. I'm thinking about purchasing new humidifier.
