Problem with Airless Pump

I purchased 7 days ago this eye cream sealed new in box and waited a few days before opening only to discover as of 2 days ago NOTHING dispenses. Absolutely zero of the product comes out. I googled, YouTubed methods on how to resolve this to no avail. So I’m out $$$ on a product that doesn’t come out of the bottle and cannot be loosened, or forced open to retrieve which is a common issue with airless pumps
